Wedding Cake and Celebration Cake Flavours

All of our cakes are freshly baked in our kitchen for every order and are available in a delicious variety of flavours.

We take considerable care and attention to ensuring that all our cakes are always fresh, moist and tasty.

Please note that each tier can be a different flavour. See below for our flavour options:-

Classic Vanilla

A classic vanilla sponge layered with a soft vanilla butter cream and a strawberry or raspberry preserve

A zesty lemon sponge infused with lemon sugar syrup and layered with a fresh lemon curd
and a lemon butter cream

A fresh fruit orange cake infused with an orange blossom sugar syrup and layered

with sharp orange marmalade and a fresh orange butter cream

A rich chocolate sponge infused with a fresh orange sugar syrup and layered with a fresh orange butter cream

A smooth coffee sponge infused with a rich coffee sugar syrup and layered with a coffee or mocha butter cream

A soft white chocolate cake layered with a strawberry preserve and a white chocolate ganache

A moist rich chocolate fudge cake layered with a dark chocolate ganache

A moist carrot cake made with rum soaked sultanas and walnuts layered with a fresh orange butter cream

A deep red vanilla cake with a light taste of chocolate layered with a white chocolate butter cream

An Ameretto soaked almond sponge made with real almonds layered with a soft caramel butter cream.

A rich brandy soaked fruit cake, matured over several weeks and covered with a layer of natural marzipan

(Fruit cake can be made with or without nuts and can be iced with
a double layer of sugar paste instead of marzipan if you have a nut allergy)
